Process Development Manager

Job Description

Your role is to manage the process team, focusing on taking new concepts through the factory scale-up process. You will therefore work closely with creative NPD, Technical and Manufacturing colleagues to ensure that process innovation meets the overall needs of the business. Retail experience is essential, ideally M&S, as you will play a major role in managing the demands of the retailer and the critical path.
