Shift Manager

Job Description

We are looking for really strong shift managers who enjoy the challenge of driving change through the development and motivation of their teams - and by leading from the front! Your manufacturing experience will ideally in the Food Industry - pace is high on the agenda at this business. You will need to have the flexibility to accommodate shift patterns, this role is based on 4 on 4 off shift pattern.
You will be commercially aware and have a good understanding of how your role impacts on the business and its customers.
