Night Shift Production Manager

Job Description

An ambitious Production Manager is required to join a chilled food business, working on the night shift. You will be responsible for coaching and developing your people. This company is very forward thinking and looking to develop the current night shift. This role requires a seasoned manager, happy to make decisions with information presented. This role allows a proven manager to demonstrate the full range of management skills from coaching, delivering results through the team, prioritising, and assessments. Communication and team work is key and feedback on a regular basis to all team members regarding performance of the production and hygiene teams with regard to the overall business is vital.

You will need to demonstrate that you have a combination of excellent people and food manufacturing skills to apply for this role. Experience of leading a team within a manufacturing environment is required.
