Job Description

Working for a leading manufacturing organisation supporting the HR Manager, this is a busy HR generalist role where the main focuses are on advising managers in all areas of employee relations and ensuring the right calibre of staff are recruited, trained and retained. The working hours are predominantly 8.30am to 5.00pm however flexibility is needed for business demands. The ideal HR Officer Advisor will be studying towards CIPD or qualified, have some experience in a fast paced environment, be confident and able to influence effectively at all levels in the company. Enthusiasm, drive and energy are a must.
