Ideally Chemical / Process Engineering background with 4 - 5 years experience
Background should be ideally from Pharmaceutical or Food
Excellent communication skills
Knowledge and practical experience of process
A degree or equivalent qualification / experience
Tenacity in approach and a determination to improve the given.
The ability to work within a team and cross-functionally.
Strong influencing and a Can do Approach
Some project management experience
