Foodservice Development Chef

Job Description

Creative and resourceful NPD Chef required for respected foodservice organisation that has a number of estates with varying needs. To manage this role effectively you will need to be a strong tam player who cannot only work with suppliers but work with in-house team, understanding their pressure points. You will be tasked to deliver product and menu solutions that will give a competitive edge in terms of product offer and price. The role of the Development Chef here will be to deliver customer satisfaction 100%, without compromising brand values. Working closely with Marketing and Head of Food you will need to be able to articulate and influence through consistent delivery, keeping everyone up to date with market trends and new ideas. Ideally you will have worked in the foodservice sector or manufacturing supply base.
