Shift Manager - Production

Job Description

This leading chilled food manufacturer requires an experienced Shift Production Manager to lead and develop a team. The role will focus on the overall achievement of the manufacturing plan for the shift, its GMP productivity targets and customer product specification achievement, whilst under the constraints of cost, hygiene, quality and safety. They are looking for a self-starter who will take control and drive through change and continuous improvement initiatives. You must have previous experience within chilled food manufacturer either as a Shift Manager or as a Team Leader looking for the next step in your career.

Shift pattern 12hr days - 3 on 3 off.
