Job Description

HR Manager for manufacturing operation based Midlands. In this personnel manager position you will work closely with a large unionised workforce. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious and capable HR professional to take the reigns of a major manufacturing operation and help drive the business agenda.

The role will involve all aspects of HR and will require extensive cross-functional accountability throughout the business.

As the HR expert, preferably CIPD qualified, you will be accountable for business improvement through people, managing change, developing senior personnel and fostering a strong entrepreneurial business culture. There is a need to find a HR professional who can help the General Manager to drive the cultural development, allowing the business to prepare for it's future success by being more customer aligned and embedding the core values into the business.
