Interim Production Shift Supervisor - Retail Packing

Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join this fast paced leading food manufacturer on an Interim basis to cover until the end of December 2008. With responsibility for two Team Leaders leading small teams within the high and low care areas of the retail packing unit, you will have a mentoring and motivational management style and will have ambition, energy, enthusiasm and a huge 'can do' attitude with the initiative to lead quickly and efficiently to achieve, maintain and improve targets. On a day-to-day basis, you will be accountable for the effective, efficient and economic management of the packing process ensuring highly effective team development at all times and customer product specification achievement, whilst under the constraints of cost, hygiene, quality and safety. The ideal candidate will have experience within leadership in a food-manufacturing environment.
Shifts - 6 am to 6 pm days
Week one - Mon / Tues / Fri / Sat / Sun
Week two - Wed / Thur
