Interim Production Team Leader - Retail Packing

Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join this fast paced leading food manufacturer on an Interim basis until December 2008. With responsibility for a small team within the retail packing area, you will have ambition, energy, enthusiasm and a huge 'can do' attitude with the initiative to lead quickly and efficiently to achieve, maintain and improve targets. On a day-to-day basis you will effectively manage a team of operatives, providing direction and support, identify training needs and ensure that skill levels are achieved. Product quality, Health and Safety and management of product and materials also come under this remit. The ideal candidate will have experience within a food-manufacturing environment.

Shifts - 6 am to 6 pm days
Week one - Mon / Tues / Fri / Sat / Sun
Week two - Wed / Thur
