Job Description

This leading food manufacturer is seeking a HR professional to manage all generalist HR activity, encompassing all aspects of the strategic and operational HR mix throughout these fast moving business.

We are looking for an individual who wants to manage a team, drive a HR strategy that is core and central to the business and motivate, engage and develop a significant workforce. Key to this role is that you are commercially minded and see the HR function as enabling and not policing

The ideal candidate will be CIPD qualified and experience from any Manufacturing sector would be beneficial.
