HR & Training Officer

Job Description

Reporting to the Group HR & Payroll Manager you will provide HR leadership to site management in line with statutory requirements. You will have excellent communication skills with the confidence to coach and train managers in all HR matters including employee relations issues and ensuring the right calibre of staff are recruited, trained and retained. You will be responsible for co-ordinating and implementing works councils, appraisals and performance management systems. You will have experience of working in a Human Resources department and ideally have some food manufacturing sector experience. Enthusiasm, drive and energy are a must.
