An experienced manufacturing professional is required to take responsibility for the key operational functions of this busy and complex FMCG manufacturing business. Having gone through considerable expansion, the business needs someone who will provide stability through a structured and measured approach, who will drive efficiencies by being able to see the bigger supply chain picture and who will achieve consolidation through an inclusive, motivational manner and lead by example. You will need to understand the demands of the major multiple retailers and have a track record of meeting customer service targets through focussed management of your people in production, warehousing and despatch.
