Job Description

This blue chip, highly successful, FMCG business in Somerset is looking to appoint a Factory Manager to lead its manufacturing operations. This is a great opportunity to take control of a factory and its teams and implement the site operations plan. You will be responsible for ensuring that your labour resource is fully utilised and motivated through use of KPIS and the development of personal performance improvement plans to meet on-going expansion this business currently enjoys. Experience of working in the chilled food sector would be an advantage but most important is a track record in manufacturing best practice in an FMCG environment and first rate people skills.
