Senior Factory Manager

Job Description

An experienced Factory Manager is sought by this South West based, chilled food manufacturer, who is a major player in its sector. You will need to have carved out for yourself an excellent track record in factory management, achieving/exceeding OEE and profit targets through lean manufacturing, astute spending and efficient labour planning. A large operation split into separate units, it will give you responsibility for managing and developing two Factory Managers with indirects in excess of 500. Consequently, your people management and coaching skills will be key in the selection criteria. Experience of food manufacturing from cookin lines to despatch is sought along with a strong H&S record and the ability to deliver customer service targets.
