This Shift Engineering Manager role will be based in Devon and entails co-ordinating the shift engineering function, including stores, for a food manufacturing business. You will need to demonstrate a track record of supporting FMCG operations ensuring reactive and planned maintenance requirements are fully met. Your people management skills will focus on up-skilling to ensure your team can deliver CI initiatives to achieve engineering excellence.
