Product Development Technologist, Beers, Wines & Spirits

Job Description

This role seeks a brand aware technologist to develop commercially viable beer, wine and spirit products for this major retail name in line with its marketing strategies. Furthermore, you will manage all safety aspects of product development ensuring products meet corporate and legal safety, quality and integrity policies. You will work closely with the buying, NPD and quality performance teams to ensure that the balance between new products, quality and cost is optimised and maintained. Clearly niche market knowledge is required, with the emphasis on the wine sector, along with a track record of working closely with design studios, artwork houses and suppliers to ensure all products have accurately printed packaging.
