Job Description

This busy and successful manufacturing business is looking to recruit a Training professional to develop the skills potential of its operational team at one of its facilities near Edinburgh. You will be responsible for a team of trainers and overseeing the development and implementation of a progressive and comprehensive training programme where the emphasis is on creating a culture of continuous improvement. You will need to be experienced in delivering such a programme in a busy, FMCG manufacturing environment and of managing and motivating your team. Good presentation, interpersonal and It skills are required.
