Job Description

An experienced Engineering Manager, preferably multi-skilled, is sought by this FMCG business to provide effective and inventive engineering support to manufacturing. You will be responsible for delivering results through your team to meet business performance indicators whilst ensuring complete compliance with relevant legal and corporate HSE standards. A track record of successful implementation of CI initiatives is sought along with maximizing OEE. Experience of working in a unionized environment is key to selection along with a strong coaching style of management.
