Job Description

This role is ideal for someone looking to further develop their career in procurement in a dynamic international market leading food manufacturer. Reporting into the Group Produce Buyer you will have the negotiation skills and purchasing expertise to implement procurement strategy across different products. You will influence and engage internal and external stakeholders, deliver cost out and price down initiatives. Flexibility to travel round the other sites in the UK is essential but your base must be in Lincolnshire to work in conjunction with the Group Produce Buyer. Vegetable/produce/salads experience is a significant advantage but proven adaptability and flexibility will also be taken into consideration for this role. Due to the size and growth potential of the business and the internal infrastructure there are excellent opportunities for succession planning and career development along with training and personal development opportunities.
