New Product Development Manager

Job Description

This role reports into the development controller and involves managing day-to-day relationships between the company and customers. Delivering concepts, supporting to NPD to encourage creativity to develop exciting new products to exceed customer expectations. Building relationships internally across the factory to ensure a seamless approach to new product development. Managing plans, costings, ingredient and legislative targets. The ideal candidate will be a passionate "foodie" with experience of working with ingredients, meats, and global cuisines. Need to be commercially minded and understand the business agenda and have a proven track record in managing customers and continuous improvement practices. A flair for understanding end user trends and demands as well as keeping up to date with food retailing markets.
