You will have proven, specific examples of the changes you have implemented in a fast-paced factory environment. We need you to do it again for us! You must be a strong leader driving the team to the ultimate goal of manufacturing excellence. You have seen that in job vacancy adverts before but in this case it's vital. We need an interim manager with energy and drive and the ability to engage with a team. With your help our team will work differently and hit the relevant targets to ensure this operation make a stepped change.
