Job Description

This blue chip client is looking to appoint experienced manufacturing professionals to boost its production capabilities at its busy fmcg operations in the South West of England. You will need to have experience of a factory environment and be able to demonstrate first class people management skills. This would include a coaching approach to T&D, the ability to champion continuous improvement across the factory floor and strong communications skills. The role affords a high degree of autonomy, giving you accountability to co-ordinate the manufacturing process from receipt of raw materials to despatch. You will be responsible for your team meeting its KPIs and you will report directly to an Operations Manager. The culture at this business is open and friendly with a keen determination to optimise the factory's potential. Rotating shift pattern, excludes nights.
