You will have exceptional commercial leadership skills and have proven experience of driving and developing a commercial team within the UK retail sector. With experience of developing and driving strategy and optimising business opportunity, you will need to demonstrate a track record in spearheading innovative NPD campaigns, ideally within the major multiples and show a breadth of understanding across all functions. As part of the senior management team, you will have the opportunity to drive the business strategically as well as commercially.
