Working for this rapidly expanding and successful fresh produce manufacturer, this is a rare and exciting opportunity for an exceptional Operations Manager, who will play a pivotal role on the Management Executive team. With a proven and demonstrable track record in a food manufacturing environment, preferably chilled or short shelf life you will have a pragmatic approach and have the ability to lead and manage all site manufacturing operations including supply chain and planning and must have a clear vision for 'what good looks like' and then deliver that strategy through your teams. You will manage a hectic and variable workload and have the presence to communicate good manufacturing practises throughout the full spectrum of the business.
