Job Description

This is an outstanding opportunity to join this leading chilled food manufacturer to build, lead and manage both the Development and Technical teams. You will be accountable for strategic technical and development innovation and operational project management with the core focus being building internal and external relationships, having the stability and structure to lead a team through periods of change and leading both departments to customer service excellence. Ideally, you will already be a Technical Specialist and have a sound understanding of chilled desserts or dairy. You will have solid relationships with all the major UK retailers and have the ability to handle a heavy and varied workload. The ability to speak French would also be an advantage.
