Engineering Manager

Job Description

This global branded manufacturer is looking for an Engineering Manager who can take responsibility for plant engineering team. Working closely with Production Managers, and reporting to the Production Engineer, this role will include developing your engineering team of approx 10 engineers and optimising resources. You should be able to demonstrate a track record of achievement in Engineering management, be of graduate calibre or have had an engineering apprenticeship and developed to an HNC level. You must be able to develop a culture based on the continuous pursuit of best practice in Manufacturing through flexibility of attitudes, working practices and skills.
