This company is looking for an outstanding Shift Manager to join a Chilled Food Business in the Lincolnshire area. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional Shift Manager to join a multi million pound fmcg organisation. You need to embrace and drive modern manufacturing techniques looking at Continuous Improvement projects on a daily basis. A dynamic individual you will be joining at a time of real change and considerable growth and where people are not afraid to challenge existing processes and procedures. You will have full support of your team together with a considerable level of autonomy and the opportunity to really "make a difference". A high degree of coaching and encouraging of people is required through the training and development of their skills. Ideally with experience in modern manufacturing, good IT skills and the ability to communicate and influence at all levels.
