Our client is a leading processor of frozen vegetables in the UK, currently enjoying huge growth and driving heavy investment through the business. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of this investment and change process.

We are looking for an experienced, driven, pro-active and flexible Refrigeration Engineer, who can grow into the Managers role over the next two years. You will be a strong team player, used to an extremely 'hands on' environment and capable of motivating and driving change through an established engineering department. With experience of blast freezing, refrigeration and cold storage equipment, particularly Starfrost and Frigoscandia, you will have the vision to implement strong PPM systems, review existing engineering systems and implement continuous improvement and lean strategies to ensure the facility is in line with future growth plans.
