Job Description

Working for a growing chilled food manufacturer, this role gives you P&L responsibility for running a business unit in a "state of the art" chilled food manufacturing operation. You will need to be able to demonstrate experience of driving improvement of financial and non-financial KPI's by mentoring, coaching and training staff using improvement techniques and processes. Experience of such a challenge, coupled with exceptional interpersonal skills are sought. You must demonstrate the ability to get buy in from the team, encourage idea generation and most importantly - deliver results. An experienced and successful production professional, you must have the leadership skills, drive, determination and resilience to make a real difference. Experience of working within a complex chilled manufacturing environment is desirable.
