Job Description

Technical Assistant required for a growing food company that produces premium hand crafted products for retail, wholesale and foodservice clients. You will work very closely with the factory and chefs. Accountable for all specification and traceability documentation ensuing it is accurately recorded, responsible for lab liaison. Once settled into the role there will be regular customer contact. You will need a keen eye for detail and good interpersonal skills, a self starter who can work on their own initiative yet be a supportive flexible team player, able to organise and prioritise workloads.
