Join a leading ingredients specialist.
A Senior Development Technologist is required to join an established team to assist in their continued success developing and refining flavour profiles for sauces and condiments for a major foodservice client. Working as a key player in this small team you will be expected to take a proactive hands on approach, remaining focused and motivated, able to deliver solutions within time and commercial parameters. You will need to be able to communicate cross functionally particularly with a degree of technical / process understanding, always aware of the commercial impact of what you develop to the business and the client. This is a customer facing role so you will need to be able to forge a credible and trusted working relationship delivering confidence that solutions can be found. There is a requirement for a strong culinary knowledge, trend awareness and the ability to translate these trends. Chefs who have made the transition into the manufacturing arena and have experience in developing sauces may also be considered.
