Development Technologist

Job Description

A Development Technologist is required to join an established Bakery NPD Team. To be able to carry out duties effectively within this team you will require a bakery related qualification and a minimum of two years bakery experience possessing an understanding of bakery related ingredients, their functionality and a working knowledge of the science behind baking processes. You will work closely with clients trialling and testing products, working together to find effective solutions tailored to their specific requirements. You will evaluate products and ingredients through a structured process, documenting and recording information therefore competent IT skills are vital. You will need to be results focused at all times delivering high standards of customer service. Car driver essential.
