Job Description

Our client boasts a £multi million turnover and is a market leader within their sector. As HR Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that the objectives for the site are achieved in line with the HR and overall Business Strategy. As a key member of the senior management team, you will be expected to adopt a proactive approach to organisational change and development. Key responsibilities will include policy development, recruitment and selection, training and development, employee relations, performance management and leading HR projects across the business. CIPD qualified and of graduate calibre, you will possess at least 5 years HR generalist experience in a FMCG environment. A track record of handling employee relations issues is essential as is an in-depth knowledge of UK employment legislation.

This position will be based in North East Lincolnshire.
