Job Description

We have a number of roles for this growing food manufacturer. We are looking for motivational managers who can lead and drive forward a production shift. The ideal candidates will have experience of managing teams, motivating, challenging and leading through example. You will be working for a chilled food manufacturer supplying premium products on short shelf life. Food industry experience is essential as is managing teams and delivering improvements in production KPIs.
