Working for a leading chilled food manufacturer supplying premium products to major retailers, we are looking for an improvement leader to drive performance output in terms of quality efficiency and safety. The ideal candidate will have a clear understanding of lean manufacturing having implemented in a pragmatic approach gaining buy in from production teams and delivering improvements on the bottom line. You will have food manufacturing experience, be qualified in lean manufacturing techniques and have worked closely with production teams.
