Job Description

Working for a Food Manufacturer, this is a great opportunity to get stuck into an exciting and challenging business environment. You will champion the HR function and work closely with the Site General Manager, taking responsibility for all HR issues on the site. You will have strong employee relations' experience having worked with Unions and Employee Councils. The ideal candidate will have a full HR tool kit with the ability to influence across the business. Ideally you will come from a FMCG background with a full appreciation of how HR can positively impact a manufacturing environment. We are looking for an individual who wants to manage a team drive an HR strategy that is core and central to the business and motivate, engage and develop a significant workforce.
