Job Description

This progressive food manufacturing business has a senior engineering post with a wide-ranging remit. You will be responsible for continually reviewing the manufacturing Asset Effectiveness journey towards Operational Excellence and drive continual improvement. As an active member of the site management team, you will influence through your management style to deliver the automation strategy and resources for the business. You will need experience of a Food manufacturing environment where efficiency, reliability etc are important. The ideal candidate will be a professional Engineer (Degree, HND, or recognised apprenticeship) with project management skills. Competencies include, influencing, analytical skills, self starter, confident and a team player.
