This is a rare and exciting opportunity to join this leading food manufacturer as their Site Manufacturing Manager. Reporting to the Head of Manufacturing & Site GM, this position's purpose is to ensure the safe, accurate , cost effective and timely production of all food manufactured products. The role includes direct responsibility for the site hygiene, manufacturing, warehousing and engineering functions, which includes personnel supervision and cost control within pre-defined budgetary limits. With solid and proven experience in this field, you will provide inspirational leadership for the site, have the ability to effectively lead and engage the site teams through change management programmes, with staff safety at the forefront of all activities.
