Technical Manager

Job Description

This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious individual who wants to join the Technical team of a growing food manufacturer. You will be responsible for all Technical issues within a business unit with regular retailer interface. You will be responsible for quality management, specification compliance, hygiene and auditing throughout this high care unit, as well as providing customer and supplier liaison. This will embrace customer complaints, involvement in product development, maintenance of quality systems and third party accreditation (BRC). You will have exceptional customer relations with major retailers, preferably M&S, delivering customer satisfaction and innovation. You will need to have a food related HND / degree or equivalent. A background in chilled food manufacturing is necessary.
