Product Development Manager

Job Description

This role will focus on leading the product development team at a leading craft bakery operation supplying the premium retailers. You would be accountable for both concept and process development resource in an environment that has a real commitment to product quality and innovation. To be successful you will have experience of working in close partnership with retail buyers, technologists and NPD professionals, plus you will have a good understanding of how to manage your product development concepts through the factory with the help of your colleagues. You need a well balanced mix of cerative and commercial skills, plus an influential management style to be most effective in this fast moving business.
