Site Manager

Job Description

This senior role has site accountability for a major production unit. Leading a large operations team, the role has full accountability for achieving the manufacturing strategy in line with site and brand targets. You will need to provide strong and inspirational leadership to the business, setting the standards and implementing a programme to ensure their delivery. You will also be responsible for the development of the manufacturing skills base within the business, including continuous improvement initiatives. This is a culture which needs to be more empowering, so you should be able to affect this positively through your own management style and delegation. This is a senior role in a major food group and requires an individual who can really take personal control of the business and the delivery of its KPIs and targets.
