Job Description

This is a senior HR generalist role in a major food manufacturing company. The role will include all the usual elements of the HR mix including team leading and development, strategic planning with the MD, cross-functional support for senior managers and their staff, plus contribution to group-wide HR initiatives. You must have worked within a manufacturing environment, although food sector experience is not essential. This will suit a HR professional who is well used to working within a truly dynamic business where change is the norm.
