To apply for the HR scheme you will need a minimum of a 2:1 Honours degree in any subject.

You will possess or have some form of grounding in the following skill areas Developing Partnerships, Team Leadership, Strategic Capability, Project Management skills and Commercial Awareness.

You will have a strong interest in Human Resources, including employee relations, performance reward and management, training and career development, recruitment and redundancy.
