Production Engineering Manager

Job Description

This role gives you direct reporting to the Operations Management as you are accountable for the effective and timely maintenance of all machinery to ensure production targets are met. You will be responsible for a team of c. 12 engineers, their professional development and on-site H&S as well as capital project and fixed asset management. Experienced in PPM and CI initiatives, you will need to demonstrate a track record of waste reduction and profitability increases as well as leading a team of integrated engineering professionals in a fast pace manufacturing environment.
