Job Description

Our client is looking to appoint an experienced HR Manager with broad generalist HR skills to work as part of its senior management team at this busy, FMCG manufacturing operations. You will need to have worked effectively with Trade Unions at some point in your career, have a depth of experience of delivering labour resourcing solutions to a pacy production environment, and a track record of improving T&Cs. In order to ensure a competitive edge and maintain business growth, you will be expected to build on the relationship developed with an engaged workforce whilst tackling strategic issues in a determined but diplomatic manner. An interim appointment would be considered whilst permanent appointee is recruited - salary pro rata.
