Job Description

If your forte is delivering products - on time and to budget - from kitchen stage to factory launch, then this role will keep you busy: Product Development Manager for a major chilled food manufacturer. With strong interpersonal skills, you will be the link in the chain, taking concepts from 'hand over' stage and ensuring a smooth transition to launch, working closely not only with internal teams but the customer directly. Your knowledge across kit, packaging, raw materials, processes and operational restraints will be comprehensive, in order to project manage the critical path. Experience of managing people is preferred.
