Job Description

To be considered for this Head of Engineering role, you will need to have experience of managing LARGE numbers of people and, as part of the senior management team, be a champion for cross functional, continuous/process improvement initiatives. Clearly at this point in your career, you engineering toolkit will be comprehensive so what will be more important will be your people management skills. At interview, you will need to be able to clearly demonstrate your natural management style which should reflect a coaching, motivation and people development style.
