We need an experienced commercial individual with proven achievements in the food industry that has worked with the major retailers. You will be a sophisticated influencer with outstanding communication and leadership skills. You will have the background and depth of knowledge in this area to devise and implement strategy internally. This is not just management ability, this is about winning hearts and minds and driving a team through change resulting in clarity and focus. After an initial change management project you will head up the Impulse category for our client which includes complexity if only in the diversity of the client base. Brand and own label experience essential. This is a senior appointment in a progressive chilled food business who award achievement and innovation.
