Interim Operations Specialist

Job Description

We need an interim operations candidate with a strong background in production with significant operational experience. This is not a role for a facilitator. You will enjoy being close to the factory and your team and will have proven achievements in driving change through your people. You must be a strong leader with the charisma, drive and authority to deliver improvements. We need tangible achievements of what you improved and the how. Not woolly examples but facts, figures and the references to back your claims. A background in food, automotive or fmcg industries with exposure to CI initiatives, lean manufacturing, six sigma would be a significant advantage. We have recruited a number of these individuals and this has delivered fantastic improvements but we need one more person to join the team. We need individuals with passion, commitment and drive who thrive when faced with challenge. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a team of professionals who are making a difference.
